As our Front Desk Associate, you'll be the friendly face and voice that sets the tone for our customers' experience.

Our shop is a fun and energetic environment to work in. Our signature music poster wall featuring artist and bands from the likes of Led Zeppelin to Bob Marley, Tupac, Alannis, Bad Bunny, Beach Boys, Metallica, Lady Gaga, Elton John, Dua Lipa, and everyone in between. Listen to our very own Floyd's 99 Radio Station throughout the shops' speakers while working. No bad vibes allowed here.

YOUR DAY AS A FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE
As a Front Desk Associate at Floyds 99 Barbershop, your daily grind will be all about making our clients feel welcomed and valued. Being friendly and approachable is a must, as creating a welcoming atmosphere is part of the gig!

You'll greet customers with a smile, manage appointments, and handle phone inquiries like pro. Strong organizational skills are a plus and key. You'll also maintain a clean and organized front area, ensuring that everything is on point for our clients' experiences.Expect to assist in the checkout processes, answer questions about our services, and promote ongoing specials.

Teamwork is key. You'll collaborate closely with barbers and stylist to keep the shop running smooth and efficiently. They will also be able to help when possible. ONE TEAM MENTALITY.

You'll need stellar communication skills to connect with clients and team members effortlessly.
