Role Description The Dispatcher is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL. This position is responsible for coordinating daily transportation operations, including assigning chauffeurs, scheduling trips, and optimizing vehicle usage to ensure timely, safe, and efficient service. The Dispatcher monitors real-time trip progress, updates routes as needed, and communicates clearly with chauffeurs, clients, and internal teams using dispatch and reservation systems. Day-to-day tasks include managing incoming calls and reservations, confirming bookings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and addressing service issues promptly and professionally. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following company procedures, and supporting 24/7 operational reliability as part of a coordinated dispatch team.
Qualifications
  • Experience with dispatch operations, including trip scheduling, route coordination, and resource allocation within a transportation or logistics environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and courteously with clients, chauffeurs, and team members by phone, email, and dispatch systems.
  • Proficiency with computer-based reservation, dispatch, and mapping systems; comfortable working with real-time data and multiple software tools.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling high call volumes, multitasking, and prioritizing in a fast-paced setting.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, trip documentation, and schedule updates, with a focus on reliability and accountability.
  • Ability to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support 24/7 operations.
  • Previous experience in ground transportation, limousine service, or related hospitality/logistics fields is preferred.
