Job Summary:

The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast items in accordance with hotel standards, ensuring high quality, timely service, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, cook, and plate hot breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, omelets, and other menu items.

  • Set up and stock the breakfast cooking station with all necessary ingredients and equipment.

  • Ensure food is prepared and served on time and in proper portions, appearance, and temperature.
