• Conduct thorough initial assessments and mental health evaluations for clients, utilizing clinical interview techniques and standardized assessment tools to evaluate their unique needs.
• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the clients' goals and therapeutic needs, adapting approaches based on progress and feedback.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions to adult clients, using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Effectively utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience that maintains client confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention services and support, assessing risk and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest best practices and advances in mental health care.

Our clinic serves a diverse range of adult clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. As a licensed mental health therapist, you will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, tailoring interventions to meet their needs, respecting cultural differences, and employing trauma-informed practices.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possession of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• A genuine display of compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance caseloads and documentation.
• No disciplinary actions on record with licensing boards.

• Experience providing therapy in a remote setting or using teletherapy platforms is highly desirable.
• A background in working with diverse client populations, particularly with issues related to trauma and anxiety disorders.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing client information and documentation efficiently.
