Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Full Stack .NET Developer (Azure + Angular) position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Wilmington, DE. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
Position Overview:
We're seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer with deep hands-on experience across Microsoft's development stack and strong proficiency in Azure Cloud and Angular frameworks. This role will support a major banking client and will play a key role in modernizing applications, migrating legacy systems to the cloud, and developing scalable, secure applications that support enterprise-grade banking operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead and contribute to system analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex web-based applications.
  • Refactor and migrate legacy applications to Azure Cloud.
  • Develop scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs.
  • Maintain and extend existing .NET Framework 4.8 and ASP.NET Web Forms solutions.
  • Leverage ORM frameworks like Entity Framework Core.
  • Write robust unit tests using mocking frameworks.
  • Work within a CI/CD environment using GitLab pipelines.
  • Support clean code development using SOLID principles.
  • Participate in DevOps scripting and support tasks.
  • Contribute to banking technology initiatives and regulatory system enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, QA teams, and IT leadership.

What You'll Need to Have:
  • 5+ years of full stack .NET development experience.
  • 5+ years with .NET Core, .NET Framework 4.8, and C#.
  • 3+ years with Angular and ASP.NET Web Forms.
  • 3+ years building and consuming Web API services.
  • 3+ years with Entity Framework Core.
  • 3+ years with SQL Server for backend development.
  • 3+ years with unit testing and mocking tools.
  • 2+ years experience migrating applications to Azure Cloud.
  • Strong understanding and application of SOLID principles and clean coding practices.

Key Skills: .Net Core, Entity Framework, S3, Azure development, Angular
Preferred/Desired Skills:
  • 3+ years GitLab or similar version control tools.
  • 3+ years with Dependency Injection frameworks.
  • 2+ years of DevOps experience including CI/CD scripting/support.
