We are looking for someone who doesn't just write code, but possesses an innate curiosity for how things work, a strong knack for troubleshooting, and a drive to learn.
Crucially, we value efficiency and modern workflows. You should be comfortable utilizing AI-assisted development tools (like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate your coding, debugging, and documentation processes while maintaining high code quality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing APIs.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues across backend services.
  • Integrate AI development tools into your daily workflow to optimize code generation, refactoring, and testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, focusing on readability, security, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-4 years of professional software development experience.
  • Languages: Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  • Core Engineering: Strong understanding of RESTful API design, databases, and microservices architecture.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting skills; a proactive "detective" mindset when bugs arise.
  • AI-Driven Development: Practical familiarity with AI coding assistants and an understanding of how to prompt and validate AI-generated code effectively.
  • Soft Skills: A strong desire to learn, adapt to new technologies, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
