Job Description

We are looking for passionate and experienced software developers with 5+ years of industry experience. You will be working in an agile and highly energetic startup to build a portfolio of products, reporting solutions, and more. By joining the AssetIntel team, you get the opportunity to lead the development of a variety of toolsets that can span to Backend and Mobile Apps, across different areas including Asset Management, Inspection Management, Capital Management, IoT, and many more. Our infrastructure primarily runs on Azure.

As a Software Developer, you will work on multiple projects, analyze requirements, provide estimates, and be involved in the complete software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Our team is looking for strong developers to help us build the aforementioned set of tools and deliver high-quality solutions in a highly agile environment. Some of the core responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain web and/or mobile applications in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Contributing to the complete technology stack, especially the backend and databases.
  • Continuously innovate and strategize on making our applications faster and more resilient.
  • Being able to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Share a passion for design and technology.

Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a backend or full-stack developer. Applications with less than 4 years of experience will not be considered.
  • Knowledge of data structures and object-oriented programming (OOP).
  • Knowledge of database design and understanding of SQL queries
  • Experience working with cloud-based systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and able to contribute as part of a small team.
  • Experience working with JavaScript and/or JavaScript frameworks is a big plus.
