Python Engineer / LeadJob LocationSan Jose,CA, USAIntroduction:

The Python Engineer / Lead will play a crucial role in building the backbone of our platform. They will be responsible for creating high-performance APIs, integrating advanced AI agent logic, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our infrastructure as we grow. This position offers the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of backend engineering and AI technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain robust, high-throughput APIs using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
  • Architect the backend systems that power AI agents, managing long-running tasks, state persistence, and communication between components.
  • Implement and manage secure identity protocols (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect) to protect user data and internal endpoints.
  • Design efficient request routing and service communication patterns using tools like API Gateways or Service Meshes.
Requirements:Required Skills:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python (3.10+ preferred).
  • Deep experience with FastAPI, Django.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB).
  • Experience with Docker, AWS/Google Cloud Platform, and asynchronous task queues.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
