Job Overview:
The Retail Stock Sales Associate plays a dual role in ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for maintaining well-stocked, organized sales floors while assisting customers with their purchases and product inquiries. Working closely with both the stock and sales teams, the associate helps receive and process shipments, replenish merchandise, and ensure the store environment is visually appealing and easy to shop. What You Will Achieve:
  • Receive & Process Shipments - Unload, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against shipment invoices or packing slips.
  • Stock Replenishment - Organize and restock sales floor shelves, display fixtures, and storage areas to ensure product availability.
  • Inventory Accuracy - Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
  • Back-of-House Organization - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom that allows efficient product retrieval.
  • Product Preparation - Tag, label, or price merchandise before placing on the sales floor.
  • Support Sales Floor Team - Assist sales associates by retrieving requested items from the stockroom promptly.
  • Loss Prevention Awareness - Follow company policies to minimize shrinkage, report suspicious activity, and safeguard inventory.
  • Fixture & Display Setup - Assist with setting up, breaking down, or moving visual displays as directed by management.

Work Schedule & Availability Requirement:
  • Due to the nature of our retail operations, all team members are required to maintain regular weekend and evening availability to meet business and customer service needs. Work schedules may vary week to week and can include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Schedule assignments will be communicated in advance in accordance with applicable state and local scheduling laws.
