Job Overview:
The Retail Stock Sales Associate plays a dual role in ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for maintaining well-stocked, organized sales floors while assisting customers with their purchases and product inquiries. What You Will Achieve:
  • Receive & Process Shipments - Unload, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against shipment invoices or packing slips.
  • Stock Replenishment - Organize and restock sales floor shelves, display fixtures, and storage areas to ensure product availability.
  • Inventory Accuracy - Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
  • Back-of-House Organization - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom that allows efficient product retrieval.
  • Product Preparation - Tag, label, or price merchandise before placing on the sales floor.
  • Support Sales Floor Team - Assist sales associates by retrieving requested items from the stockroom promptly.

  • Fixture & Display Setup - Assist with setting up, breaking down, or moving visual displays as directed by management.

Work Schedule & Availability Requirement:

Schedule assignments will be communicated in advance in accordance with applicable state and local scheduling laws.
