What is a back office intern?

Back Office Interns are entry-level professionals who support the administrative and operational functions of a company. They typically assist with tasks related to finance, data entry, human resources, compliance, and documentation, ensuring that the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. Back Office Interns typically need a high school diploma or equivalent; some roles prefer or require a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fields. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and good communication abilities are also important.
