Mit mehreren hunderttausend Servern ist Hetzner einer der größten Webhoster und Rechenzentren-Betreiber in Europa. Wir bieten unseren Kunden selbst entwickelte Hightech-Produkte und zuverlässige Infrastruktur zu fairen Preisen. Über 450 Mitarbeiter arbeiten täglich daran die digitale Zukunft mitzugestalten und unseren Kunden simple, effiziente Lösungen für komplexe Probleme bereit zu stellen.

In unserem Entwicklungs-Team für den Bereich Bare Metal Server, stellen wir die zentrale Public API für Kunden bereit. Darüber lassen sich sämtliche Aufgaben rund um das Server-Management abwickeln und automatisieren. Zudem besteht ein wichtiger Teil unserer Aufgaben darin, Abläufe in den Rechenzentren durch Software zu unterstützen um einen hohen Automatisierungsgrad erreichen zu können.

Dabei setzen wir schon seit vielen Jahren auf das Symfony-Framework. Weitere Bestandteile unseres Tech-Stacks sind u. a. Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, MariaDB, GitLab, Codeception und Composer.

Diese Aufgaben warten auf dich:
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Public REST-API zum Server-Management
  • Optimierung und Erweiterung unseres Backends zur Automatisierung von Prozessen in unseren Rechenzentren
  • Zusammenarbeit im Team zur Sicherstellung der Codequalität und bei technischen Entscheidungen
  • Abstimmung mit Kollegen aus dem UX- und Frontendbereich, die unsere Kundenoberflächen entwickeln
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Programmierkentnisse in PHP
  • Fundiertes Wissen und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von REST APIs
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Frameworks wie Symfony oder Laravel wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Schreiben von automatisierten Tests
  • Genaue Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
