Burrell Behavioral Health has several direct care career opportunities for entry to mid-level professionals with a bachelor's degree in a related field! We are seeking candidates who are passionate about behavioral health and wellness, who are ready and willing to serve our community in and around Springfield, MO!

These unique roles will allow staff to gain valuable experience working as an essential healthcare worker building supportive relationships with our adult clients by empowering them to actively participate in mental health treatment. If you are passionate about human services, behavioral health and are looking to jump start your career supporting a cause you can be proud of, this might be the right opportunity for you!

Candidate Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in in psychology, social work or a related human services field of study; or
  • A bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with two years of related work experience; or
  • A combination of four (4) years or more of advanced education and two (2) years of related work experience

Required Skills:

Excellent written/verbal communication

Demonstrated ability to problem solve and follow instructions

Premier attention to detail when preparing and writing reports
