Job description

Description of work to be performed:

Facilitate the seamless and efficient triaging of client requests by ensuring that the necessary information is passed to the relevant Control Risks team and establishing direct contact between the team and client. Assist the Director of Operations in helping clients prepare for and rapidly respond to a wide range of crises, ranging from financial crimes and integrity risks to physical and information security risks. Support consultancy assignments in scoping, delivery, and reporting and further support the team by using systems to collect and analyze data that enable management to monitor and control service delivery in near real-time. Provide input to the project control functions within the portfolio and regularly perform data gathering, data management, and analytical processes to predict and understand the time and cost outcomes of engagements. Support the creation of training materials and internal reference documents and assist with team training, while preparing, filing, and gathering internal and client reports. Participate in regular meetings related to business development for the portfolio and maintain and develop reports related to the sales pipeline. Assist marketing personnel by taking actual case reports from response operations and converting the same to case studies that can be used in marketing collateral. Join business development meetings and help maintain and build client relationships. Ensure that all projects have relevant client documentation and implement the setup of products and accounts.

Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Government and International Relations, International Business, Political Science, Business Management and Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field and 4 years of experience in a related occupation
  • 4 years of experience in consultative selling and project delivery in the Security industry;
  • 3 years of experience delivering security program consulting support (crisis management, physical security, travel security, enterprise risk management, and information security) for large corporations in Latin America and in the US;
  • 3 years of experience in development and implementation of crisis management plans as well as travel, physical and information security industry best practices; and
  • 1 year of experience working with Incident Management or Mass Notifications platforms and GPS alerting.
