Job description

CPMC, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic programs for an active government contract proposal with the Department of Interior, Human Resources Directorate. You will be responsible for leading the documentation and analysis of HRD processes and business needs. Acts as the liaison between users, developers, and testers to ensure successful implementation.

Years of Experience: 6-9 years

Education & Preferred Certifications: Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field. CBAP or PMI-PBA certification preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Support UAT and ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent documentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and requirements management.
  • Understanding of HR applications and federal business processes.
  • Technologies That May Be Supported: ServiceNow HRSD, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Visio, MS Excel.
