Job Description

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be embedded within FLINT’s business operations, working across multiple business units to understand processes, identify pain points, and translate stakeholder needs into technology-enabled solutions. This role goes beyond traditional business analysis—you will actively contribute to solution design and delivery using AI tools, rapid prototyping, and low-code platforms. You will partner closely with stakeholders to challenge assumptions, uncover root problems, and help build practical, adoptable solutions that drive real business value

What would you be doing?

  • Partner with business units to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and identify process improvement and automation opportunities
  • Map current and future state processes, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
  • Support solution delivery by collaborating with technology teams to scope, prototype, test, and validate solutions
  • Participate in hands-on solution building using low-code/no-code and AI-assisted tools, including user acceptance testing and documentation
  • Contribute to enterprise initiatives by supporting prioritization, ROI development, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Continuously build knowledge of internal systems, AI tools, and business functions to drive innovation and adoption

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 1–3 years in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement

  • Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and working with stakeholders across multiple levels
