6-month contract (130 busoness days) - possible extension

3 days onsite/2 days remote (subject to HM's discretion) - 55 John St., Toronto, Ontario - 15th Floor

Must Haves:

· 5+ years of experience in business analysis in large organizations

· Ability to effectively facilitate meetings that are tailored to the audience

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT Personnel

- Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products

· Strong analytical skills

· Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

· Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to work independently with a high-level of self-direction

Description:

The business analyst service is required by Administrative Penalty System (APS) project to evaluate and analyze activities on different work package streams of the project, with an understanding of the business needs, so as to be able to intuitively shape and craft business solutions to meet the desired results. The service includes overseeing the business process analysis and executing the collection, elicitation, and recording of business requirements for more and better strategic project developments, facilitation of meetings and negotiations, and settling of conflicting priorities that may arise between parties involved.

· 5+ years of experience in business analysis in large organizations

· BA/BS in Business Administration, Project Management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience

· Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

· Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to work independently with a high-level of self-direction

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT Personnel

· Ability to effectively facilitate meetings that are tailored to the audience

· Ability to perform option analysis and trend analysis

· Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability in IT analysis methodologies (e.g., process flow diagram)

Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products
