Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in business administration
  • MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Strong financial background regarding physician compensation
  • Strong experience overseeing Revenue Cycle Management
  • At least five (5) years of experience in practice administration and personnel management
  • Demonstrated expertise in small or medium size healthcare organization preferred
  • Proficiency in electronic practice and health record management systems
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations
  • Will have eight (8) direct reports
