Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Full Charge Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting. The position will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and assisting with financial reporting under the guidance of senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy
  • Help prepare financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet)
  • Support payroll processing and payroll reporting
  • Assist with sales tax filings and other regulatory requirements
  • Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
  • Support audits and provide requested documentation
  • Identify and suggest process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 0–2 years of accounting experience (internship experience acceptable)
  • Basic understanding of GAAP principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software QuickBooks, preferred
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Multi-language skills is a big plus
