Job Title

Required Skills / Certs / Exp: Minimum years of experience: 2. Traveler experience: Required skills: LDRP, Mother/Baby, Assist with sterile speculum exam (effacement, dilation, station, presentation), Use of EFM (External Fetal Heart Monitoring), Use of External and Internal Fetal Monitoring, Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns, Breastfeeding support/lactation support. Certs: BLS, AWHONN and NRP. Patient diagnoses: LDRP and Mother/Baby. Special procedures / unit details: This is an LDRP unit, couplet care ratios 1:4, yes they will float to assist other units, not take assignments. Skills, NRP, Fetal Monitoring, Breastfeeding Assistance require at least 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
