Our client is looking to hire Business System Analyst.

Responsibilities:

The BA analyzes the organization need, assesses and documents its processes and systems, and helps define the business model and its integration with technology. 

The BA leverages appropriate cross-functional expertise from a team of architects, operations managers, strategist, business experts and IT leadership to develop accurate cost, resource and time estimates for both initial development and ongoing support for a proposed solution. 

The BA assesses and documents requirements, assumptions, dependencies, and risks for potential solutions to technical and business issues for both new and previously established systems. 

The BA is a key member of the business partnering team, and is a focal point of customer engagement for initiatives as assigned by the lead from a particular domain of expertise. 

The BA is responsible for understanding the business overall goals and objectives. The BA will support the IT Business Partner and business leadership in the prioritization of business technology projects, business case development, annual planning process, and linking IT strategy in support of the overall business strategy. 

Business model analysis: to define the organization's policies and technology approaches 

Process design: to standardize the organization's workflows 

System analysis: to interpret business rules and requirements for technical systems and for the creation and update of the technical roadmap. 


Required:

More than 5 years relevant IT/Business experience managing and / or directing technology projects, including technology operations and the management and delivery of technology solutions (required)

A minimum of 5 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical Clinical domain with strong knowledge of IT Computer Systems Validation processes (required) 

Overall familiarity with Clinical Systems and Technology (e.g. Data and Document Management, Clinical Supplies, Trial Management is required). 

Experience working in a Clinical outsourced model (using CROs to conduct Clinical Studies) (preferred) 

Familiarity with working with Quality Assurance and Audit Tracking Systems (e.g. QAAD) (preferred) 


Education:

Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience is required.
