B2B/B2C Appointment Setter

We are looking for a highly motivated B2B/B2C Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is crucial in generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have experience using sales and CRM tools, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable engaging with prospects via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients via email and phone (cold/warm calls)
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring they are added to the calendar and following up via email/SMS to ensure attendance.
  • Instantly follow up via SMS and phone with people who book new appointments.
  • Maintain and update prospect information in CRM and outreach tools.
  • Follow multi-channel outreach sequences, keeping sequence, step, and contact information updated.
  • Utilize communication and tracking tools such as messaging platforms, email, and spreadsheets.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Monitor inboxes for replies/responses and move leads into appropriate sequences when needed.
  • Follow up with existing leads in CRM and outreach platforms.
  • Knowledge of setting appointments using calendar tools like Calendly.
