Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Ft. Worth, TX.

Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist.

Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.

Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).

This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Some duties for this position include:

  • Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.

  • Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.

  • Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.

  • Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.

  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
