Job description

Role: Azure Architect

We are seeking an experienced Azure Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud architecture, migration, governance, security, and DevOps practices, with the ability to lead technical discussions and provide strategic cloud guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise-scale Azure cloud solutions.
  • Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
  • Develop Azure landing zones, governance frameworks, and security best practices.
  • Architect solutions using Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, AKS, App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, and Azure Networking.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to deliver cloud-native solutions.
  • Optimize cloud performance, scalability, reliability, and cost management.
  • Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and mentoring.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Azure Architecture.
  • Strong expertise in Azure IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security, and Identity Management.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform/Bicep.
  • Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance.
  • Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) preferred.

Preferred:

  • Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Exposure to Data, AI, and Integration services on Azure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
