Job description

Join a high-impact connectivity engineering function within a global financial technology environment, where you’ll have genuine ownership of the services that connect clients, partners, and critical platforms.
This is an opportunity to broaden your career beyond traditional infrastructure support, combining cloud networking, secure integrations, automation, observability, and client-facing technical leadership. You’ll help shape how connectivity services are designed, operated, monitored, and improved while working alongside experienced DevOps and engineering teams.
The environment includes Azure, secure network connectivity, APIs, managed file transfer, messaging, and GitOps tooling, giving you exposure to a varied and modern infrastructure landscape.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure and networking, ideally within Azure, with experience supporting secure connectivity across complex production environments.
  • Experience delivering and supporting enterprise integrations using technologies such as VPNs, APIs, messaging, secure file transfer, and encrypted communication protocols.
  • Ability to take technical ownership of critical infrastructure services, from implementation and troubleshooting through to documentation, monitoring, security, and continuous improvement.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with modern deployment and infrastructure automation approaches, including GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD.
  • Knowledge of network security, certificate management, firewalls, encryption, and secure communication practices.
  • Experience improving infrastructure observability through monitoring, alerting, dashboards, service-health reporting, and proactive operational improvements.
