Position Summary 
We are seeking a skilled Intermediate Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, as well as products in the D365 CRM suite, including D365 Sales and D365 Customer Insights.  This role involves designing, developing, and deploying business applications that streamline processes and enhance productivity. 
Key Responsibilities  
 

  • Design and develop custom business applications using Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). 

  • Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate and Logic Apps Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems. 

  • Implement and manage Dataverse for data storage and modeling. 

  • Create dashboards and reports using Power BI for actionable insights. 

  • Develop code centric extensions to Dataverse such as plug-ins and custom APIs, using .NET methods, including Typescript and C#.   

  • Translate customer requirements into technical solutions. 

  • Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for security, performance, and scalability. 


Qualifications  
 

  • Minimum 5 years experience with Dynamics 365 Sales 

  • Minimum 2 years experience implementing AI in a Microsoft or Dynamics 365 ecosystem, using AI Builder and/or Azure AI Document Intelligence and/or Power Platform Document Automation Toolkit.  

  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification (PL-400) or equivalent experience. 

  • Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. 

  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and Power Fx for custom development. 

  • Strong proficiency working with REST APIs. 

  • Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and solution deployment, using Power Platform and Azure DevOps methods and practices.  

  • Experience using Azure Service Bus. 

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
