We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Technical Architect with strong .NET expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and custom .NET applications. This role will be responsible for defining architecture, ensuring best practices, and guiding development teams in delivering high-quality, secure, and performant solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Architecture & Design
•    Define end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM/Finance & Operations) and .NET-based applications
•    Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business requirements
•    Lead system integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and Azure services
•    Establish architectural standards, governance, and best practices

Dynamics 365 Leadership
•    Architect and oversee implementations of D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
•    Design customizations using Plugins, Workflows, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Dataverse
•    Ensure optimal use of out-of-the-box capabilities vs custom development
•    Guide data migration, integration, and upgrade strategies

NET Architecture
•    Design and develop enterprise applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+
•    Define microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems
•    Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability
•    Establish reusable frameworks and shared services

Cloud & Integration
•    Architect solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure DevOps)
•    Design secure integrations between D365, third-party systems, and internal applications
•    Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

Technical Leadership
•    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
•    Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
•    Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers
•    Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Governance & Quality
•    Ensure security, compliance, and data governance standards are met
•    Conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments
•    Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions

Qualifications and Skills:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
•    8+ years of experience in software development and architecture
•    Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O)
•    Proficiency in X++ development for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
•    Deep knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs
•    Experience with Azure cloud services and integrations
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (data engineering, data integration, or analytics workloads)
•    Solid understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, and D365 SDK
•    Experience with SQL Server and data modeling
