Job description

Senior.NET Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior.NET Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications and mission-critical systems. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering organizations to define technology roadmaps, drive modernization initiatives, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide architectural leadership for enterprise .NET-based applications and platforms.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into end-to-end technical solutions.
  • Design scalable, secure, cloud-native microservices and backend systems.
  • Define architecture roadmaps, standards, best practices, and technology strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Guide development teams on design principles, coding standards, and architectural governance.
  • Lead application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure platform scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Develop architecture artifacts, solution diagrams, technical documentation, and integration models.
  • Support production systems, troubleshooting efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in.NET application development, with at least 4 years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in.NET/.NET Framework, C#, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience integrating systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and third-party services.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation.
  • Experience implementing enterprise security standards including OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and secure API design.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, enterprise integration patterns, and application architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience collaborating directly with U.S.-based business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Experience working with React or Angular-based application ecosystems.
  • Exposure to serverless computing and API management platforms.
  • Experience leading large-scale modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
