.NET Solution Architect – Azure Focus (Only G.C / U.S.C)

**Job Description:**

We are seeking four (4) experienced Lead .NET Solution Architects to drive the transformation of our Operational Finance Systems onto the Microsoft Azure platform, including close collaboration with our Inovatec integration initiatives. 

**Core Responsibilities:**

- Spearhead architectural design and implementation for modernizing enterprise .NET solutions on Azure, with a focus on robustness, security, and scalability.
- Establish and enforce API best practices, integration protocols, and target solution architectures across diverse teams.
- Design, develop, and review high-performance .NET (C#) RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines integrated with Azure DevOps and ensure infrastructure-as-code standards are followed.
- Conduct comprehensive design reviews with attention to nonfunctional requirements including security, reliability, and system performance.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and governance across multiple agile teams and delivery workstreams.
- Mentor development teams and partner with stakeholders to align technology strategy and execution.

**Required Qualifications:**

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in architecting and building enterprise .NET/C# applications and services.
- Proven track record working with Microsoft Azure—migration, modernization, and native services integration.
- Expertise in API standards, microservices, and cloud-first integration patterns.
- Deep understanding of lifecycle management with CI/CD and infrastructure automation tools on Azure.
- Strong experience in securing distributed systems and ensuring high availability and performance.
- Previous role(s) as Solution Architect or Technical Lead in high-impact environments.
- Experience with large organizations or major SaaS platforms a plus.
- Professional certifications in any relevant Microsoft Azure or .NET technologies highly desirable.
