In this role, you'll be the primary technical authority for our enterprise TC1 cloud customers, directly influencing the stability and scalability of the infrastructure that powers global construction. You will move beyond standard support to become a "visionary pragmatist," using AI and advanced monitoring tools to evolve cloud environments proactively and mentor fellow engineers in a high-impact, visible position.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Spearhead Enterprise Cloud Success: Serve as the primary technical escalation point for enterprise customers, lead high-level infrastructure discussions, and resolve complex issues.
  • Automate and Innovate: Create and maintain sophisticated deployment pipelines to ensure standard automations support the unique complexities of enterprise-level environments.
  • Engineer Precise Solutions: Ensure seamless integrations between Trimble products and third-party applications by leveraging Microsoft Azure integration technologies.
  • Drive Site Reliability: Proactively improve customer cloud infrastructure using AI, New Relic monitoring, and data-driven insights to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering within enterprise software environments.
  • Azure Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure platforms and integration technologies.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Proven expertise using Terraform for infrastructure design and implementation.
  • CI/CD & Scripting: Strong proficiency in PowerShell and Bash, along with experience managing GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps pipelines.

Bonus Points For:
  • Direct experience with Trimble CMS software or specific Vista products.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific best practices and workflows within the construction or engineering sectors.
