Description
Gray Analytics is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to work as a member of our CIPHER DevSecOps team focusing on automation development, testing, and deployment through the entire Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment/Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work to bring modern software development techniques to our DOD customers. The DevSecOps Engineer serves as an escalation point for critical and complex issues, performs configuration, integration, and testing of products, assists with developing and documenting work processes, and trains other team members.
  • Lead the design and implementation of secure CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement advanced automation for infrastructure provisioning and configuration
  • Lead container orchestration and microservices deployment strategies.
  • Develop infrastructure monitoring and observability solutions.
  • Integrate security controls and compliance validation into pipelines.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
  • Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams in the maintenance and development of various CI/CD pipelines, automated software builds, and tests.
  • Experience with integrating Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) technologies and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Advanced certifications (AWS/Azure Professional, CKA, Security+)
  • Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management
  • Must be a US citizen with at least a current Secret Clearence

Desired Qualifications
  • Software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages: Java, Python, Go, Ruby, C++, etc.
