As our Sr. Full Stack Engineer, you will:

  • Contribute across the full stack – backend, API layer, and frontend, collaborating positively and effectively across teams.
  • Deliver high-quality, secure, efficient, scalable, and reusable code that always protects customer privacy and confidentiality.
  • Be responsible for the quality of code delivered.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and optimization to ensure the performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility of web applications.
  • Act in a lead role, partnering with architects and Scrum team members to drive technical decisions in projects.
  • Extend existing system functionality based on user requirements; analyze code to identify areas for modification and maintain and support existing products.
  • Provide input on our architecture, data modeling, and APIs.
  • Consult with product managers to define, scope, and plan new features.
  • Partner with teammates to ensure cohesive, quality, reusable solutions are produced.
  • Test, evaluate, and recommend technologies to improve our overall solutions.
  • Leverage AI tools to gain efficiency in all areas of SW development
  • Produce complete and coherent documentation.
  • Deliver general engineering and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of directly relevant experience, including Epic/Story writing and elaboration, technical design, coding, testing (unit, integration, and system testing with an emphasis on creating tests for automated execution), deployment, and the creation of documentation.
  • Demonstrated empathy for consumers and internal customers.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP/ASP.Net, .NET Core, RESTful API, JSON, jQuery, SQL Server, No-SQL databases, and ideally React, Drupal/PHP, JavaScript, Python, and front-end libraries/frameworks.
  • Experience delivering Service Oriented Architectural solutions on either AWS or Azure.
  • Relevant experience in one or more of these technologies is desired: Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, Azure Durable Functions, Azure Functions, Transactional queues, Data Lake.
  • Experience with CI/CD Pipeline systems like Azure DevOps Pipeline, Terraform, TeamCity, Jenkins, Concourse, Hudson, and Bamboo or other relevant experiences.
  • Proficiency in CMS (content management system) and web services integrations, bonus if Acquia experience.
  • Expertise in ensuring quality with code development, including unit and integration testing as part of code complete.
  • Ability to adopt and contribute as needed to development standards. All work must be maintainable by the engineers who follow.
  • Eye for customer experience, application and data security, and code optimization.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
