Role: Azure DevOps Engineer 

Location: Norfolk, VA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

 

 

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Skills: CI/CD, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Harness Preferred: Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform), Kubernetes, Docker, DevSecOps.
  • 8 + Years of exp in DevOps Engineer
  • 3 + Years of Exp in Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker

Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment processes across enterprise applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Harness, with a strong focus on automation, scalability, reliability, and DevSecOps best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Harness. Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices to ensure consistency and repeatability across environments.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to streamline software delivery.
  • Build and maintain automated deployment, monitoring, and rollback strategies.
  • Manage code repositories, branching strategies, and release workflows.
  • Optimize deployment pipelines for performance, reliability, and security.
  • Implement DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning and compliance checks within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor application and infrastructure health and resolve deployment-related issues.
  • Support cloud-native architectures and containerized workloads.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, deployment guides, and runbooks.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
  • Hands-on expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Extensive experience with GitHub Actions for build, test, and deployment automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Harness for continuous delivery and deployment orchestration.
  • Experience with source control management and Git workflows.
  • Understanding of release management, deployment strategies, and environment management.
  • Knowledge of Linux administration and scripting (Shell, Python, or PowerShell).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or ELK.
  • Familiarity with security automation and DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments.
  • Experience 5+ years of DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, or Platform Engineering experience.
  • Proven experience implementing enterprise CI/CD solutions using Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Harness.
