Job description

Position Title: Operation-Analyst Engineer

Location: Redmond, WA

 

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, issue resolution, and relationship management
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft purchasing and operational processes
  • Experience with finance toolsets, financial tracking, and budget management
  • Experience in supplier and customer engagement
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking, reporting, and data management
  • Experience using Power BI for data visualization and actionable insights
  • Process improvement expertise, including identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions
  • Strong documentation skills (SOPs, reporting, and process documentation)
  • High attention to data hygiene, accuracy, and ongoing data maintenance
