The Opportunity
As a Deals Diligence Analytics Manager, you will engage with top private equity and corporate clients across various sectors, assisting them in making informed, multi-billion dollar decisions. Within our Deals practice, you will leverage your analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights, supporting clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from diligence to post-deal performance improvement and exit preparation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where each client and situation presents distinct challenges and opportunities.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success, maintaining standards, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will coach team members, leverage their strengths, and manage performance to meet client expectations. With your growing business knowledge, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading data-driven diligence and value creation initiatives for private equity and corporate clients
- Managing complex data analysis to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Utilizing tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau to enhance data visualization and reporting
- Developing predictive models and conducting scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Building and maintaining data pipelines and warehouses to support analytics frameworks
- Overseeing data quality improvement plans and validating data integrity and security
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop their skills in data analytics
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving business performance
- Simplifying complex messages and summarizing key points for effective communication with clients and teams
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: a Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Demonstrating proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau for data analysis
- Utilizing advanced data visualization skills to drive insights
- Excelling in complex data analysis and predictive modeling
- Managing data-driven projects with a focus on client outcomes
- Leading teams in developing innovative data solutions

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
