Description

  • Design, develop and maintain custom IAM solutions using Azure Active Directory, including implementing identity management and access control policies, integrating with other systems, and managing identities and groups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IAM solutions, including authentication and authorization issues, identity synchronization issues, and access control issues.
  • Implement and configure security controls, such as multi-factor authentication, conditional access, and identity protection.
  • Modernize legacy identity tools with automated, scalable solutions for access control and lifecycle management.
  • Design and build server-side services for authentication, token issuance, and policy enforcement across applications and platforms.
  • Develop and manage backend services for user provisioning and identity lifecycle operations.
  • Enhance and maintain user experience and process to synchronize users from local tenants to a centralized federated tenant.
  • Build custom APIs, extensions, and self-service portals leveraging Azure AD capabilities.
  • Automate identity-related processes and tasks using scripting and APIs.
  • Work closely with teams in Japan and the US to support global identity integration, operations, and transitions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and operating Azure AD / Entra ID in enterprise-scale environments, including cross-tenant synchronization and identity federation.
  • Deep Microsoft technical skills and strong technical delivery of complex projects through a proven methodology such as Agile, ITIL, TOGAF or similar project approaches.
  • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
  • Strong understanding of identity concepts including SSO, B2B/B2C federation, and lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for automation and identity administration.
  • Experience designing and building backend identity services for authentication, token issuance, and policy enforcement.
  • Effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
