Job description

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Phoenix, AZ. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure proper functionality. The technician will perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair tasks. Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
  • Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues
  • Proficiency in maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • EPA certification or equivalent qualifications (required)
  • Ability to work independently on-site and communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in HVAC is a plus
