Job description

Role: SENIOR INTUNE ENGINEER/ENDPOINT MANAGEMENT

Location: Eagan, MN or Green Bay, WI Preferred (Hybrid | 7AM–4PM or 8AM–5PM CT)..need local candidate only

Overview

Rosen’s Diversified is seeking a hands-on Senior Intune Engineer to lead enterprise endpoint modernization initiatives. This individual will own Intune and Autopilot optimization, drive the Windows 11 migration, and lead the transition from Scappman to Patch My PC for third-party application patching. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and mentoring skills to support and upskill a small infrastructure team in a hybrid Azure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Windows 10/11 endpoint modernization across hybrid and Azure-only environments
  • Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, and SCCM
  • Architect and execute third-party patching migration to Patch My PC (or equivalent)
  • Develop and automate solutions using PowerShell and policy configuration
  • Provide mentorship, documentation, and process improvement guidance to junior administrators
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollout and ongoing compliance

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–10 years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in Intune / SCCM administration
  • Proven success managing 1,000+ endpoints in enterprise or distributed environments
  • Strong understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, Co-Management, and security baselines
  • Expertise in Windows 10/11, PowerShell automation, and endpoint lifecycle management
  • Exceptional English communication skills and ability to interface with technical and non-technical teams

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing or migrating Patch My PC or similar third-party patching solutions
  • Microsoft certifications: MD-102, MS-101, or AZ-104
  • Experience in environments emphasizing mentorship, documentation, and process maturity
