This group works closely with product development, applications engineering, and commercial teams to design and commercialize next-generation thermal management systems supporting hyperscale data centers and semiconductor workloads.

With increasing compute density and evolving chip architectures, the team is developing system-level cooling solutions that bridge chip-level thermal technologies with rack and facility infrastructure. The work involves shaping new cooling architectures, supporting commercialization strategies, and helping customers deploy high-performance data center environments.

What’s In Store For You

  • Fully remote work arrangement with national sourcing flexibility.
  • Opportunity to shape next-generation data center thermal management systems supporting AI and high-density compute environments.
  • Exposure to advanced direct-to-chip liquid cooling and broader facility-level thermal system strategy.
  • High-impact cross-functional role spanning engineering, innovation, commercialization, and customer engagement.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for thermal management systems supporting data center and semiconductor environments.
  • Help define system requirements by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and industry standards.
  • Lead commercialization planning for new system offerings, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market activities.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, technical presentations, and tools that support field teams and customers.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, innovation, and product management teams to ensure system integration across equipment, controls, and infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support during key customer engagements and strategic opportunities.
  • Represent system solutions in customer discussions and industry forums when appropriate.

Are You an Experienced Data Center Cooling Product Professional Ready to Make an Impact?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in product management, commercialization, or related technical roles.
  • Experience working with data center thermal systems, liquid cooling architectures, or cooling infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of direct-to-chip liquid cooling concepts and system components such as CDUs, heat exchangers, and facility integration.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to product strategy, commercialization efforts, or go-to-market initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineering teams, customers, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, marketing, and sales.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and customers.
