A Day in This RoleMorning starts by checking project specs and the TPG Quality Manual. You’ll calibrate gauges, review drawings, and plan inspections with production and operations. Before lunch, you might qualify a welder, log results, and prepare concrete, weld, and cement-mortar lining samples for lab processing. Afternoons often include in-process and final inspections for BLE, SPP, and Fittings components; performing NDE/NDT; coordinating with outside exam vendors; and closing out QC documentation. You’ll wrap by updating nonconformance logs, coaching newer team members, and aligning with engineering and project management to keep our Pressure products at the highest standard.
