Job description

We are looking for an experienced Aluminum Welder skilled in MIG and TIG techniques to fabricate and weld parts according to engineering drawings. This role involves precision welding, equipment maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance in a small team environment, reporting directly to the Production Manager. Occasional local travel to other facilities is required, with opportunities for career advancement to Lead Welder or Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Perform aluminum welding using MIG and TIG methods
  • Fabricate parts following engineering blueprints
  • Read and interpret blueprints for welding projects
  • Conduct quality inspections on welded components
  • Set up welding equipment and maintain tools
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
  • Handle and prepare materials for welding
  • Work independently and within a small welding team
