This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in Raleigh, NC, with in-office days Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The role offers exposure to enterprise GenAI platform enablement, AWS cloud engineering, automation, DevOps, governance, and production-scale AI delivery.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Design, build, and operate enterprise-grade GenAI solutions on AWS.
  • Support scalable GenAI platform development, deployment, monitoring, and operations.
  • Build reusable cloud patterns, APIs, internal tools, and infrastructure to accelerate AI adoption.
  • Implement observability, alerting, SLA/SLO tracking, usage metrics, and cost controls.
  • Enforce governance around model/version lineage, auditability, approvals, rollback plans, and risk controls.
  • Troubleshoot production issues across data, model, and infrastructure layers.

Are you an experienced AI Cloud Engineer ready to make an impact?

  • 5+ years of AWS experience across services such as ECR/ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Glue, Athena, EMR, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, WAF, and Bedrock.
  • 5+ years of CI/CD experience using CodeBuild, CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
  • 3+ years of Terraform or similar IaC experience, including reusable modules and environment promotion.
  • 3+ years of Python, JSON, Bash, and Docker/containerization experience.
  • Strong experience with monitoring, incident response, dashboards, runbooks, debugging, and production support.
  • Experience with secure coding, resilient application design, TDD/BDD, and automated testing.
  • GenAI platform experience with AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, Azure AI Services, or OpenAI is highly preferred.
  • Experience in regulated environments with encryption, RBAC, auditing, HIPAA, SOC2, or similar governance standards is a plus.
