Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AWS Solution Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS architecture, cloud migration strategies, and enterprise-level system design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS solutions
  • Lead cloud migration initiatives from on-premises to AWS
  • Build and manage AWS Landing Zones and Control Tower environments
  • Define and implement multi-account AWS architectures using AWS Organizations and SCPs
  • Design high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure adherence to AWS Well-Architected Framework principles
  • Lead and mentor development and DevOps teams
  • Provide technical leadership across global cloud teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of IT experience, with 10+ years in AWS architecture
  • Strong hands-on experience with:

  * EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda
  * VPC, IAM, CloudFormation
  * ECS/EKS, Docker, Kubernetes

  • Expertise in AWS Control Tower, Landing Zone, and Governance frameworks
  • Experience in hybrid cloud architecture (on-prem + AWS)
  • Strong knowledge of:

  * AWS Organizations
  * Service Control Policies (SCP)
  * Security best practices

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience in cost optimization and performance tuning
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional)
