Job description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager / Technical Program Lead to drive the integration capabilities into Client s ecosystem. The successful candidate will lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning deposit products, core banking platforms, APIs, data integrations, cloud technologies, and regulated financial services platforms.

The role will serve as the primary coordination point between Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Compliance, Finxact, SC Trust, INDX, and external banking partners to ensure successful delivery of strategic integration initiatives. The program includes enabling insured deposit products, merchant savings solutions, payment integrations, digital asset-related capabilities, and enterprise platform modernization efforts

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of integration initiatives across multiple business and technology workstreams.
  • Establish program governance, delivery plans, RAID logs, dependency management, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate delivery activities across Product, Engineering, Operations, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and vendor teams.
  • Drive program execution from initiation through production deployment and post-launch support.

Technical Delivery Management

  • Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver integrations involving:
    • Core banking platform
    • Customer portals and APIs
    • Trust systems
    • Deposit Network services
    • Merchant and payment platforms
    • External banking partners and service providers
  • Manage API, data, cloud, and operational integration workstreams.
  • Facilitate technical design reviews and architecture discussions.
  • Identify and remove delivery blockers across teams.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and milestones to leadership.
  • Drive consensus across competing priorities and stakeholders.
  • Support integration activities involving acquired businesses and strategic partnerships.

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Ensure delivery aligns with security, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Information Security teams throughout program execution.
  • Drive readiness activities including operational procedures, support models, business continuity, and production governance.

Planning & Execution

  • Develop and maintain:
    • Integrated project plans
    • Release schedules
    • Milestone tracking
    • Resource forecasting
    • Executive dashboards
  • Manage dependencies across multiple program and vendor organizations.
  • Drive issue resolution and escalation management.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs.
  • 5+ years of experience managing cash management, complex financial services, banking, fintech, or payments initiatives.
  • Experience leading enterprise integration, platform modernization, or acquisition integration programs.
  • Experience with cash management, digital assets and stablecoin
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional delivery teams.

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

  • API-based integrations
  • Cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred)
  • Microservices and distributed systems
  • Core banking or financial platforms
  • Payment processing and money movement
  • Data integration and reconciliation processes
  • Security and regulatory requirements in financial services

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications.
  • Prior experience with:
    • Banking products
    • Deposits and treasury management
