A TPM bridges the gap between high-level business objectives and technical execution.
Project Orchestration: Manage end-to-end lifecycles of complex technical projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a "translator" between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., product, marketing, executives).
Risk Management: Proactively identify technical blockers, system architecture risks, and external dependencies to develop mitigation strategies.
Technical Oversight: Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with coding standards, security policies, and industry best practices.
