Senior Partner Sales Manager – AWS

As a Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will drive top‑line revenue growth through engaging AWS Partners. You will create and deliver customer value by matching Partner capabilities to customer needs identified by field sales reps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute strategies to achieve Partner and Sales organization goals.
  • Establish business and technical relationships with Partners, Sales teams, and Customers.
  • Manage day- to‑day interactions between these organizations to create opportunities that deliver value to AWS customers.
  • Maintain a broad, holistic view of the AWS Partner community in local and regional markets.
  • Understand AWS Marketplace and navigate procurement and finance relationships.
  • Advise Sales teams and lead customer engagements to drive Partner value.
  • Expand existing AWS footprint and originate new customer engagements with Partners to grow overall revenue.
  • Act as a trusted member of the Sales team, develop and execute joint Partner/Sales strategy, own opportunity execution, leverage Partner programs, and coach Partners.

Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in direct field selling software or cloud solutions.
  • Experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
