Job description

Drive strategic growth and client success as a Director, Client Partner at EPAM. You'll manage established client relationships across the Seattle region, focusing on retail, technology/ISV, and manufacturing verticals while shaping innovative solutions and establishing optimal operating models for sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage established client business and develop new opportunities through solution shaping, scoping, pricing, and establishing optimal operating models
  • Learn and navigate client priorities and industry trends within retail, technology/ISV, and manufacturing verticals to identify and develop new opportunities
  • Drive pre-sales activities, RFP solutioning, proposals, and delivery strategies tailored to the Pacific Northwest market needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and delivery issues, ensuring client satisfaction and project success
  • Strategically position EPAM's offerings against competitors while advocating for innovative solutions, including AI, cloud migrations, and digital transformation
  • Establish and cultivate strong client relationships and local networks while developing connections within EPAM's global team of business and technology experts
  • Maintain responsibility for account P&L and growth KPIs
  • Oversee cross-functional teams working in global environments while serving as an expert consultant leading business transformation and product strategies
  • Actively drive new business development and net new logo acquisition in the Pacific Northwest, leveraging both hunter and farmer skills
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Databricks) to execute local events, campaigns, and partnership initiatives
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in developing and growing client relationships within the existing portfolio and with new logos, and leading teams delivering end-to-end digital engineering solutions within a services organization
  • Strong knowledge of technology platforms, trends, and the local business landscape in Retail, High-tech, or Manufacturing industries
  • Strategic thinker with high business acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities for profitable account growth
  • Proven ability to map client stakeholders, initiatives, and appropriate technology solutions and build a pipeline of growth opportunities
  • Experience working with multi-geo and diverse technology teams, ideally across global delivery centers
  • Creative problem solver who approaches challenges with confidence and self-guidance
  • Superb verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with an ability to foster connections across all levels of a client’s organization
  • Experience in services sales and delivery, with a focus on technology consulting and digital transformation.
  • Strong partner development skills and a track record of sourcing business through technology alliances.

Salary range: $150,000-$245,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed.
