AWS Cloud Engineer - Remote
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to design, implement, automate, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with AWS services, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud security.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage AWS infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Deploy and manage EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, ELB, Auto Scaling, and related AWS services.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Manage Linux servers, networking, DNS, load balancing, and security configurations.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance optimization.
  • Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Work with Docker and Kubernetes/EKS where required.
  • Implement AWS security best practices, IAM policies, encryption, backups, and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response and root-cause analysis.
  • Optimize AWS infrastructure for reliability, scalability, performance, and cost.
  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams.

Required Skills
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, ELB, and Auto Scaling.
