As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented engineers in a manufacturing environment, driving innovation and ensuring the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in optimizing processes, managing projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering activities with business objectives.
