Role:

The AVP- Regional Sales Manager / Hale Street Branch Manager is responsible for driving retail sales, business development, relationship growth, and sales accountability throughout the Credit Union's branch network while also providing leadership and management support to the Hale Street Main Office.

Approximately 25% of this role will be dedicated to the Hale Street Main Office, including maintaining a regular on-site presence and providing leadership, coaching, and support to the two Assistant Branch Managers and branch team. The Assistant Branch Managers will manage much of the day-to-day branch activity, with the AVP providing management oversight, employee development, escalation support, and accountability for branch sales and service results.

The remaining 75% of the role will focus on regional sales leadership, business development, and growth, partnering directly with Branch Managers across the Credit Union to achieve established sales goals, develop new business opportunities, deepen member relationships, and drive measurable growth in membership, deposits, loans, referrals, and product utilization.

Monitor Hale Street sales and service performance and ensure the branch contributes appropriately to overall Credit Union growth objectives.

Regional Sales Leadership & Branch Manager Partnership - Partner directly with Branch Managers across the Credit Union to support the execution of established sales, business development, and growth strategies. Branch Managers will continue to report directly to the VP of Retail Branches, with the AVP serving as a key sales and business development partner, coach, and resource. Meet regularly with Branch Managers to review sales results, business development activity, pipelines, referrals, lending opportunities, and progress toward established goals. Work collaboratively to identify opportunities, develop targeted growth initiatives, establish clear action items, and ensure appropriate follow-up and accountability for results.

Business Development & Market Growth - Lead and coordinate business development activity throughout the Credit Union's markets. Partner with Branch Managers to identify and develop employer relationships, community partnerships, referral sources, networking opportunities, and other sources of new business. Maintain an active business development pipeline and ensure opportunities are appropriately assigned, tracked, followed through, and measured. Participate in community and networking activities that support membership and relationship growth.

Sales Goals, Tracking & Accountability - Maintain accurate and timely tracking of established branch sales goals, business development activity, pipelines, referrals, membership growth, deposit growth, loan production, product utilization, and other established performance measures. Provide regular reporting to the VP of Retail Branches and other members of leadership as appropriate. Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps and work directly with Branch Managers to establish action plans and follow-up.

Member Growth & Retention - Identify opportunities to expand and deepen existing member relationships through additional products, services, deposits, lending, and referrals. Support Branch Managers in identifying retention concerns, service barriers, and opportunities to improve the overall member relationship and experience.

Retail Projects, Collaboration & Reporting - Partner with the VP of Retail Branches, VP of Retail Lending, and other key departments on retail projects, campaigns, and initiatives that support sales, business development, retention, and growth.
