Job Summary

The Manager, Talent & Culture plays a key role in shaping an inclusive, engaging and connected culture at F&G. Reporting to the AVP, Talent Management, this role leads the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program, supports the work of the Inclusive Culture Advisory Council, and drives culture initiatives at F&G. In close partnership with the Talent Management team, the role helps align culture efforts with broader talent development and engagement priorities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Culture & Engagement

  • Shape and drive programs aligned with F&G's employee engagement strategy. Foster meaningful connection, inclusion, and collaboration across the enterprise through intentional programs and practices designed for a geographically distributed and remote workforce.
  • Advance the work of the Inclusive Culture Advisory Council by driving execution of key initiatives and annual goals.

ERG Program Leadership

  • Lead ERG program management, including setting program direction, managing timelines and budgets, and aligning resources to enable effective delivery.
  • Coach and guide ERG leaders to strengthen leadership capability, foster an inclusive environment, and support ongoing development.

Strategic Partnership & Advisory

  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to advance culture, inclusion, and engagement priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and partners, providing consultation and influencing decisions to strengthen culture, employee engagement, and inclusion outcomes.
  • Contribute to the facilitation and delivery of talent programs related to culture, inclusion, and employee engagement.

Data Insights & Program Measurement

  • Manage and interpret data insights to measure overall program impact and generate divisional-specific analyses that inform targeted talent, culture, and inclusion strategies and decision-making.
  • Monitor emerging trends and best practices to inform and continuously strengthen culture, engagement, and inclusion efforts.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This role does not have formal people leadership responsibilities but may provide guidance, mentorship, or subject matter expertise to others.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of employee engagement concepts and practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
  • 7+ years experience in Human Resources (with roles of increasing responsibility); preferred experience in talent, employee engagement, inclusion or culture work
  • 2+ years program management experience

  • This position primarily involves sedentary work, requiring long periods of sitting, regular use of a computer, and occasional standing or walking, with reasonable accommodations available.
