As an AVP, Business Reporting & Automation Officer in Warsaw, IN, you will play a critical role in delivering enterprise reporting solutions, driving intelligent automation initiatives, and providing actionable insights that support business growth, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making. In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise level reporting solutions that support executive, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Ensure all reporting adheres to Bank reporting standards, including consistent definitions, documented data lineage, version control, and comprehensive supporting documentation.
  • Translate business requirements into repeatable, enterprise quality reporting and automation artifacts that can be leveraged consistently across the organization.
  • Maintain robust validation, reconciliation, and control processes to support audit, risk management, and regulatory needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Five+ years of work experience supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, automation, application platforms or financial services operations.
  • Ability to author and maintain automations and reports utilizing SAP BusinessObjects and automation tools, generate clear and professional business correspondence, and create strong procedure manuals.
  • Personal computer competency: intermediate to advanced level using Microsoft Office 365 (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
