What You'll Do
As a Branch Manager, you'll play a vital role in our members' financial journeys and lead your branch to success:
  • Lead branch performance: Oversee sales, service, operations, and profitability to meet key goals.
  • Coach and develop your team: Support staff in reaching service and product performance targets.
  • Ensure strong operations: Maintain compliance, minimize loss, and keep the branch audit-ready.
  • Drive business development: Lead local outreach efforts and represent TruMark at community events.
  • Foster a strong branch culture: Set the tone for a positive, member-focused, and high-performing environment.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in retail banking, financial services, or a sales-focused leadership role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and coaching ability
    • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
    • Confidence in using performance data to improve outcomes
    • Comfort with compliance, audit controls, and digital tools
